Appointment — a 1-on-1 session like personal training. Separate from a class.
Benchmark workout — a named workout you re-run over time (Murph, Fran) so results compare across every instance.
Booking window — how far ahead members can book and how close to start time booking closes.
Cancel cutoff — the deadline for cancelling without it counting as a late cancel.
Check-in method — how attendance was recorded: app, kiosk, staff, barcode, or auto.
Class type — the template a class is built from, carrying default capacity, duration, and color.
Event — a one-off like a competition or workshop, which non-members can register for.
Late cancel — a cancellation after the cutoff. Recorded; enforcement is your policy.
Lead — someone in your system who hasn’t become a paying member.
Open gym — a check-in with no booking attached.
Punch pass — a plan sold as a fixed number of visits rather than a recurring membership.
Rx / Scaled — whether a member did a workout as prescribed or modified. Ranked separately on leaderboards.
Score type — how a workout is measured: for time, for load, for reps, or for rounds.
Skill — one of Avex AI’s 18 capabilities. Each can be Off, Assist, or Autopilot.
Assist mode — the AI drafts a message and waits for your approval.
Autopilot mode — the AI sends without asking.
Setup link — a link that lets a lead complete their own signup and payment, for when you can’t take a card in person.
Trial member — someone in a free trial period who hasn’t been charged yet.
Visibility — whether a plan is Public, Hidden, or Archived.
Waitlist promotion — the automatic booking of the next queued member when a spot opens.
WOD — workout of the day.
