Apply a discount

Two ways to change what one person pays, without touching your plan lineup.

Price override

Sets an exact amount. The member pays that instead of the plan price.

Use for: grandfathered rates, negotiated pricing, family arrangements.

Discount percentage

Takes a percentage off the plan price. If the plan price later changes, the discount recalculates against the new price.

Use for: staff discounts, military and first-responder rates, promotional percentages.

If more than a handful of people get the same rate, create a Hidden plan instead. Easier to manage and it shows up cleanly in reporting.
