Plan types explained
Recurring membership
The standard: a member is charged on a repeating cycle until cancelled.
Set billing frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and optionally an interval count to multiply it — monthly with an interval of 3 bills quarterly.
Use billing day to anchor everyone to the same date, so all your members bill on the 1st rather than on their individual signup anniversary.
Punch pass
A fixed number of visits, no recurring charge. Set total punches and optionally punch expiry days.
Each booking deducts one punch. When they run out, they buy another pass.
See Sell a punch pass.

Structuring your lineup
Most gyms end up with:
- One unlimited plan — the flagship
- One or two limited plans (2x or 3x per week) for the price-sensitive
- A punch pass for drop-ins and travelers
- One or two hidden plans for staff rates, comps, and founding-member pricing
Lead with the plan you want most people to buy — set its sort order first.
