Find the check-in

Check-Ins shows today’s activity. For an older one, open the member’s record and find it in their check-in history.

Click Undo

What gets reversed

The check-in is removed and the member’s visit count decrements correctly — you don’t get left with a phantom visit inflating their total.

This matters because visit counts drive milestone celebrations. An uncorrected mistaken check-in can trigger a “congratulations on 100 visits” message that isn’t true.

Common reasons

Checked in the wrong member from a search
Double check-in for the same session
Checked someone in who then left without training

Notes

Works on class, appointment, event, and open-gym check-ins.
Undoing does not restore a consumed punch — handle that on their subscription if needed.
