What happens
If Milestone Celebration is enabled, Avex AI sends a personalized message when a member crosses one — referencing their actual journey and stats, in your gym’s voice.
If Review Request is enabled, review-eligible milestones also trigger a Google review request with a direct link, capped at one ask per member per quarter.

Keeping counts accurate
Milestones fire off the visit count, so an incorrect count produces an incorrect celebration. Undo mistaken check-ins rather than leaving them.
