Creating the pass

Create a plan

Plans → New Plan.

Set the punch fields

Field	Notes
Total punches	How many visits the pass contains
Punch expiry days	Optional — how long they have to use them. Leave blank for no expiry

Set price and visibility

Punch passes are usually a single up-front charge rather than recurring.

How punches are consumed

One punch per class booking. The deduction happens at booking, not at check-in — so a booked-and-missed class still costs a punch unless you cancel the booking for them.

Tracking usage

A member’s remaining and used punches show on their subscription record. Members see their balance in the app.

When they run out

Booking stops. Sell them another pass, or convert them to a recurring membership.

Notes

Cancelling a booking returns the punch if cancelled before the cutoff.
Expiry is enforced from purchase date, not first use.
Punch members can still check in to open gym without spending a punch, if you run open gym that way.
