Upload your CSV
Map your columns
Match your spreadsheet’s headers to Avex fields. You don’t have to rename anything in your file.
Review and confirm
Check the preview. Fix problems in the CSV and re-upload rather than importing bad data and cleaning up after.
Notes
- Duplicate emails are skipped, not duplicated.
- Imported people default to Lead. They can’t book or check in until they have an active subscription. That’s deliberate — importing a roster doesn’t create paying members out of nothing.
- Import doesn’t create subscriptions or charge anyone.
