Three scopes

Scope	Use for
This class only	A one-off — holiday closure, substitute coach, capacity change for one day
All future classes	A permanent change — new time, new coach, new capacity
Change series days	Moving the whole series to different weekdays

Past classes are never modified. Your attendance history stays accurate.

Change one occurrence

Open the class from the calendar, edit, and choose This class only.

Change all future occurrences

Open any future occurrence, edit, and choose All future classes. Everything from that date forward updates; earlier ones don’t.

Move the series to different days

Go to Schedule → Recurring Classes, open the series, and use Change series days. Future occurrences are regenerated on the new days.

Members already booked into occurrences that no longer exist need to be told. Avex handles the cancellation notification, but a schedule change is worth a heads-up beyond an automated message.

Delete future occurrences

From the series, Delete future series removes upcoming classes while leaving history intact. Use this when you’re retiring a time slot.
