Members-only or open
Leave members-only OFF for anything you’d like to attract new people to — an open house, a charity workout, a bring-a-friend day. Non-members can register, and each one becomes a lead in your system with source event.
Turn it ON for member appreciation events, internal competitions, or anything with limited space you want to reserve for paying members.
Notes
- Events don’t consume class credits or punches.
- Events don’t count toward weekly class limits.
- An event with capacity and a waitlist behaves like a class — automatic promotion when someone drops.
