Add your locations
Web Owner · AdminEvery class, appointment, and event is tied to a location. Even a single-site gym needs one.
Steps
Open locations
Go to Schedule → Locations.
Add a location
Click Add Location and fill in:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | What staff and members will see — “Main Floor,” “Downtown,” “Annex” |
| Address, city, state, ZIP, country | The physical address |
| Timezone | Per-location, so multi-city gyms schedule correctly |
| Primary location | Your default. The first location you create is automatically primary |
| Virtual location | Check this for online or streamed classes — no physical address needed |

When you need more than one
Add additional locations if you:
- Operate more than one physical site under the same membership base
- Run classes at a park, a track, or a partner facility
- Offer online classes (create a virtual location for these)
Members book by class, not by location — the location just tells them where to show up.
Notes
- Locations are per-gym, not per-plan. A member’s plan doesn’t restrict which location they can attend unless you scope the plan to specific class types and only run those types at one site.
- Each location has its own timezone. If you run sites in different timezones, set each one correctly and the schedule handles the rest.
- Deleting a location that still has classes attached will fail. Move or delete the classes first.
