Programs organize workouts into a training cycle — an 8-week strength block, competition prep, an on-ramp.

Steps

Go to Workouts → Programs → New Program

Name it and set dates

Start and end date define the cycle.

Add a weekly focus

What each week emphasizes. Gives coaches and members the arc of the block.

Save, then assign workouts

When building a workout, assign it to the program.

Why bother

  1. Coherence. Programming as a block rather than day-to-day produces better results and is easier to write.
  2. Reuse. A cycle that worked can be run again next year.
  3. Selling it. “We’re starting an 8-week strength cycle Monday” is a reason for a lapsed member to come back — and something the reactivation skill can reference.

Notes

  • A workout belongs to one program.
  • Programs can be marked inactive when finished; the workouts remain.
  • Members see the workout, not the program structure, unless you name it in the title.
