Create a program
Web Mobile Owner · Admin · Manager · CoachPrograms organize workouts into a training cycle — an 8-week strength block, competition prep, an on-ramp.
Steps
Go to Workouts → Programs → New Program
Name it and set dates
Start and end date define the cycle.
Add a weekly focus
What each week emphasizes. Gives coaches and members the arc of the block.
Save, then assign workouts
When building a workout, assign it to the program.
Why bother
- Coherence. Programming as a block rather than day-to-day produces better results and is easier to write.
- Reuse. A cycle that worked can be run again next year.
- Selling it. “We’re starting an 8-week strength cycle Monday” is a reason for a lapsed member to come back — and something the reactivation skill can reference.
Notes
- A workout belongs to one program.
- Programs can be marked inactive when finished; the workouts remain.
- Members see the workout, not the program structure, unless you name it in the title.
