Steps

Search by name, email, or phone.

Build the cart from your catalog. Adjust quantities as needed.

Charge a card they have on file, or enter a new one.

An order is created and the payment processes to your Stripe account.

Use order notes for anything the line items don’t capture — size, color, “ordered, arriving Friday,” “comped by coach.”

Members can browse and buy from the store in the app without you. Their order appears in your order list the same way.

Worth pointing out to members — apparel sells better when people can buy it from the couch than when they have to remember at the desk.

Double-tapping won’t double-charge. Orders carry an idempotency key, so a repeated submission produces one order, not two.
Card-present hardware (tap to pay) isn’t supported yet — checkout uses a card on file or a manually entered card.
