Set plan visibility
Web Owner · AdminThree states, on every plan.
| Visibility | Public page | Staff can assign | Existing members |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public | Shown | Yes | Keep it |
| Hidden | Not shown | Yes | Keep it |
| Archived | Not shown | No | Keep it |
When to use each
Public — anything you want someone to buy without talking to you.
Hidden — staff rates, family discounts, comps, founding-member pricing, and anything negotiated. Staff can still assign it when converting a lead; the public can’t find it.
Archived — retired pricing. Existing members keep paying it; nobody new can get it. Use this instead of deleting, so your reporting history stays intact.
Steps
Takes effect immediately on your public page.
Notes
- Changing visibility never changes what existing members pay. Archiving a plan doesn’t cancel anyone.
- Deleting a plan is different and riskier. If a plan has active subscribers, archive it instead.
- Hiding a plan with a pending setup link attached will invalidate that link during cleanup — the lead stays a lead, so re-send with a current plan.
