Approve and reject drafts
Web Mobile Owner · AdminWhere drafts live
Dashboard. Drafts awaiting review appear in the queue with the member, the skill that wrote it, and the full message.
Also available on mobile, which is where most owners actually clear the queue.
Reviewing
Read the message and either:
- Approve — it sends immediately
- Reject — it’s discarded and not sent
What to look for
| Check | Why |
|---|---|
| Does it sound like us? | If not, fix the voice profile rather than just rejecting |
| Are the facts right? | It references real member data — confirm the details match |
| Is the timing right? | A save offer to someone who already cancelled in person is awkward |
| Would I send this? | The simplest test |
Clearing the queue
Do it daily, ideally as part of your morning routine alongside the briefing. Drafts are time-sensitive — a churn-risk message that sits for a week has missed the moment.
When you keep rejecting
Consistent rejections from one skill mean one of two things:
- The voice is wrong — fix the voice profile
- The skill doesn’t fit your gym — switch it Off
Both are fine. Not every gym wants every skill.
Moving to Autopilot
Once a skill has produced drafts you’d have sent for a few weeks, switch it to Autopilot and stop reviewing it. That’s the point — Assist is a training period, not a permanent state for most skills.
