Where to find the AI
Web Mobile Owner · AdminThe AI isn’t in one place. It’s split across four screens, and they’re different on web and mobile.
On the web dashboard
| What you want | Where it is |
|---|---|
| Daily briefing and the draft queue | Dashboard — the page you land on |
| The 18 skills and their modes | Agent Tasks in the sidebar |
| Ask a question or give an instruction | Chat in the sidebar |
| AI reporting | Reports → Agent Report |
There’s no separate “AI” section in the web sidebar. Your morning briefing and anything waiting for approval are on the Dashboard, which is where you already start your day.
On mobile
Everything lives under the More tab:
| Item | What it opens |
|---|---|
| Briefing | The daily briefing |
| Agent Tasks | Skills and their modes |
| AI Chat | The conversational assistant |
The daily briefing
Your morning read, on the Dashboard. It aggregates the last 24 hours:
- New signups and cancellations
- Revenue movement and failed payments
- Attendance trends
- Members needing attention
Five minutes here replaces opening six screens.
The draft queue
Also on the Dashboard. Messages written by skills running in Assist mode wait here for you to approve or reject.
Agent Tasks
The skills gallery — all 18 skills grouped by category, each with its current mode. This is where you switch something between Off, Assist, and Autopilot.
Requires the Dominion tier; the item doesn’t appear otherwise.
A daily routine that works
Open the Dashboard
Read the briefing. Two minutes.
Clear the draft queue
Approve or reject what’s waiting. Five minutes.
Act on what surfaced
Anything the briefing flagged that needs a human.
Ten minutes covers your retention, sales follow-up, and revenue monitoring for the day.
