How the AI works
One assistant, many skills
You don’t manage 18 separate bots. There’s one assistant — Avex AI — and 18 skills you can switch on or off individually.
Each skill has a job, a schedule, and a mode.
Three modes per skill

Every skill that touches money defaults to Assist. Avex will not autonomously spend or charge on your behalf unless you explicitly turn it on.
What it can see
Only your gym’s data. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database level — the AI has no path to another gym’s members, revenue, or messages.
What it can do
Read your members, classes, revenue, attendance, and message history. Send messages, check members in, create workouts, plans, and programs, update notes, tag contacts, trigger CRM workflows, and send push notifications.
It cannot process payments or make financial commitments on your behalf.
Where messages go
Through your CRM, from your gym’s registered business number. Members never receive anything from an unknown number.
What it costs a member
Nothing. There’s no metered AI billing and no usage cap — a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
