What you can ask
About members
- “Who hasn’t been in for two weeks?”
- “Show me Sarah Martinez’s details”
- “Who’s at risk of cancelling?”
- “How many members do we have?”
About the schedule
- “What’s on today?”
- “Who’s on the 6am roster tomorrow?”
- “Which classes are underfilled this week?”
About money
- “What’s our MRR?”
- “Who has a failed payment?”
- “What did the store sell this week?”
About training
- “What’s today’s WOD?”
- “What are Mike’s PRs?”
- “Has Jen logged any workouts this month?”
What it can do, not just answer
- Check in a member — “check in Sarah Martinez”
- Send a message — “text everyone who missed last week’s class”
- Create a workout — “build me a 20-minute AMRAP with wall balls and burpees”
- Create a plan or program — “make a 4-week strength program”
- Update a member’s notes
- Send a push notification
- Tag a contact in the CRM
What it can’t do
Process payments, issue refunds, or make financial commitments. Those stay manual by design.
Role awareness
The chat respects your role. A front-desk user asking about revenue won’t get financial data — the tools simply aren’t available to them.
Conversations are saved
Past conversations are stored and searchable, so you can pick one back up.
Tips
- Be specific about time. “This week” and “in March” both work — vagueness produces vague answers.
- Use full names when two members share a first name.
- Ask follow-ups. It keeps context, so “and what about last month?” works.
