Map your plans
Every member arrives attached to a plan name from your old system. Mapping tells Avex what each becomes.
How it works
Avex reads the plan names in your import and suggests matches against the plans you’ve built, using fuzzy matching — “Unlimited Monthly” matches “Unlimited,” “3x/wk” matches “3x Per Week.”
You confirm or override each one.
Before mapping
Build your Avex plans first. See Create your first plan.
Recreate every plan your members are actually on, including ones you’ve stopped selling — set those to Archived so existing members keep them and nobody new can buy them.
Grandfathered rates
Members paying a legacy price don’t need their own plan. Map them to the closest current plan and apply a price override on their subscription.
That keeps your plan list clean while preserving what each person actually pays.
Verify before cutover
Check the mapping report before going live. The most expensive migration mistake is a member silently mapped to a plan costing more than they agreed to — you’ll hear about it, and it costs trust you can’t easily rebuild.
